Terms and conditions

Access requires lawful and respectful use. Content is protected by intellectual-property law. Published information is general, may change before launch and is not a contractual offer. Spanish law applies.

Controller and processed data

Antonio Vega Alvarez is the controller. For applications we may process email, CV, professional message, language, IP address and consent evidence; for news, email, language and IP.

Purpose and lawful basis

Applications are processed to receive the CV and assess profiles. Email confirmation records GDPR consent to retain the application and communicate with the candidate. OpenAI may extract and organize professional information from the CV to support human review. News subscriptions rely on explicit double opt-in consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Retention and recipients

Unconfirmed applications are deleted within a reasonable period. Confirmed applications are retained during the process or until consent is withdrawn. Subscriptions remain until opt-out. We do not sell data or disclose it except when legally required or to contracted processors.

GDPR rights

Request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or consent withdrawal at legal@flexvega.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Security and documents

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. CVs are privately stored and team access is permission-controlled. No system is completely infallible.

Cookie policy

We use no third-party cookies. Laravel uses necessary first-party session and security cookies such as laravel_session and XSRF-TOKEN. Self-hosted Matomo may use first-party analytics cookies _pk_id and _pk_ses for aggregate statistics. Browser settings can block or delete cookies; blocking technical cookies may break features.
